Commish Scott Allen is joined by Long Beach Island Manager Skibby Bomysoad discussing the 2017 Bambino Cup Finals.  Mudville Nine Manager Casey Allen joins the show to discuss his 2016 season and the biggest trade he made along with learning to improve and some rules discussion.  Orlando Manager Greg “Buck” Dietzen joins the show to discuss why he decided to return to the ABL for the 2017 season and his thoughts on some of the new rule proposals.  Skibby Bomysoad comes back on the show to go through the rule package in detail and attempts to contain his excitement for 2017.  Finally we hear from Lance Simon in a archived clip of his 2011 ABL Hall of Fame acceptance speech.

Commish Scott Allen is joined by Syracuse Manager Jason “Coop” Cupelo discussing why he decided to sell in 2016 and ways we could make the trading in the ABL better.  Former Orlando Manager Greg “Buck” Dietzen joins the show to discuss his thoughts on the ABL, trading and if he’ll ever return to ABL play.  Ocracoke Manager Duran Allen, Titusville Manager Len Saaf, Long Beach Island Manager Skibby Bomysoad, and La Jolla Manager Kevin Waters all joined the show to answer a few questions on their trading season and trading in general in the ABL.  Finally we hear from Chad Degnan in archived clip from 1995 when Chad finally defeated Tallahassee in the playoffs.

Commish Scott Allen is joined by Mudville Manager Casey Allen and Tallahassee Manager Don Allen Jr. to discuss the big blockbuster trade.  New Manahawkin Manager Michael Saaf makes his ASN debut discussing his background in baseball, how he is enjoying the ABL so far in 2016, and finally his managerial plans for 2017.  Ocracoke Manger Duran Allen joins the show for a short spot to discuss the quick start and reactions from the recent C-Bay series.  Finally we hear from Lenny Saaf in archived clip from 2007 when Len made his ASN debut.
